Already a veteran of Central West Ballet, Bethany Phelps brings to the stage a strong spirit combined with a genuine talent for characterization. Her portrayals are acquiring a wide range with elegance and refinement. "Bethany is accumulating a number of character performances with a great sense of taste and conviction. It is remarkable to see her bring a role to life on stage", says Artistic Director René Daveluy.

Phelps has also rendered wonderful dances such as Jig Girl in House of Folk and in CWB's Rat Pack in Revue. She is well at home in modern dance, bringing a distinct energy in pieces such as Daveluy's Solitary Workers.

Phelps is a wonderful part of the traditions of Central West Ballet in bringing a variety of performances to the Gallo Center for the Arts.

Gabriella Moore comes from Salt Lake City, Utah. Moore is a strong technician with an inner artistry seldom seen on stage. A student of Master Teacher Jan Clark Fugit, Gabriella also recently completed a two year professional experience at Ballet West where she developed a strong working ethic and tenacity.

"Gabriella is a most sensitive artist", says Artistic Director René Daveluy, "she shows a high level of class and precision. I had the pleasure of working with her numerous times in Salt Lake City with Jan Fugit and it was obvious from the start that Gabriella had special qualities". Daveluy also says that Gabriella Moore has a passion for dance, its history and multi faceted fields. "Gabriella is passionate about all aspects of dance, choreographers and their works, and has a great sense of art in general. I find her most accomplished already at this early stage in her career".

Moore has been brought to Central West as Principal Dancer and is a wonderful addition to Central West Ballet's roster of headliners.
